1 Do you cover my area?

If you live in Tayside, Dundee, North Fife, Perthshire, Angus or South Aberdeenshire then the answer is most likely yes. We do cover a wide area.

2 Is it just carpets you clean?

No, We are floorcare specialists for all types of flooring, we clean and protect upholstery and soft furnishings and the carpet cleaner man also provides a trauma clean or fogging and sanitising service. Finally we can treat your homes for carpet beetles and moths too.

3 How much notice do you need to book?

We like to have about two weeks notice so we can schedule jobs for the same areas together, There are sometimes shorter notice spaces available that can coincide with current booked work.

4 I had somebody come saying he was the carpet cleaner man but he used a portable machine, was that you?

Nope, We don't waste our time and energy with small portable carpet cleaning machines. These machines simply cannot match the power and quality of our truck mounted equipment.

5 Are you a Franchise?

Nope, It's just me, Alex Stewart and my Wife Dani. There are no other staff, no huge boardroom and no big conglomerate. We are a small local family team, (small but we also have 7 kids so maybe not that small).
